Cancellation Policy

 All sessions are subject to availability. Fellow pupils of the universe are encouraged to book in advance to secure preferred time slots. Booking Process
 Sessions can be booked through the website. Payment is required at the time of booking for all paid sessions. Payment plans are available through After Pay and Klarna at checkout. Cancellation & Rescheduling
 Fellow pupils of the universe must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to accommodate other clients and manage our time effectively. Cancellation Fees
 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee, 10% of the session cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee, 50% of the session cost. Refunds
 Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will be refunded promptly. Waitlist
 If your preferred time-slot is unavailable, you may request to be added to a waitlist. If a spot opens, you will be notified by email or phone and must respond within 24 hours to confirm your booking. Waitlist Priority Waitlist placement is first-come, first-served. Previous bookings do not affect priority. Virtual Sessions
 All sessions are conducted via Google Meet unless otherwise arranged. Please ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for your session. Technical Support
 If you experience technical issues during a session, notify me immediately so I can help resolve the problem. Parental/Guardian Consent (for Minors)
 Pupils under 18 must have parent or guardian consent to book and participate in sessions. A signed consent form may be required prior to the first session. Communication
 By booking a session, you consent to receive emails and/or phone calls for updates, reminders, and follow-up communications related to your sessions. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Privacy
 All fellow pupils of the universe's information is kept confidential and used solely for managing bookings and providing services. Policy Updates
 These policies may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to pupils. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this booking policy <3
