psychelle cycle magnets

Price

$15.00

The Psychelle Cycle Fridge Magnets are a four-part, color-coded tool for tracking your cycle and reframing every phase as a useful, exciting part of your life. Arrange the magnets as your cycle shifts, keep the current phase visible on the fridge, and let your home remember what your body already knows.

Each magnet translates your phase through the Psychelle Cycle’s own blend of body literacy, seasonal symbolism, creative planning, and a little psyence—because your hormones are not random chaos; they are the universe moving through you with notes, needs, ideas, heat, and very specific opinions.

You’ll move through:

• Autumn / Menstrual: Release, reflect, reset, and return to your foundations

• Winter / Fertile: Imagine, want, brainstorm, and follow the spark

• Spring / Luteal: Build, create, collaborate, and bring ideas to life

• Summer / Premenstrual: Focus, prioritize, finish, launch, and transform

Use them to plan your work, honor your energy, start better conversations with a partner or roommate, and remember: every phase has a purpose. You are not “too emotional,” “unproductive,” or “behind.” You are cyclical, creative, and constantly becoming.

Includes: Four color-coded, seasonal Psychelle Cycle magnets—one for each phase of your cycle.

Instead of asking, “What is wrong with me this week?” the Psychelle Cycle asks, “What season am I in—and what is this version of me asking me to do for and with others?” It treats the body as a source of feeling, rhythm, imagination, compassion, connection, and power—not a productivity problem to manage around.

the creation story

The Psychelle Cycle is a system I created to rebuild a relationship with my body after years of being taught—directly and indirectly—that it was chaotic, problematic, unreliable, or something to fear. I don't use the usual lingo or trending ideas. I revised what we more commonly know. To understand the 'menstrual cycle' as more than a list of symptoms, fertile windows, or the monthly moment everyone is taught to dread and fear.

This refreshed system draws from the seasonal body wisdom I encountered through Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, including my early training in Panchakarma therapy in India, alongside the earthly, relational philosophies that have shaped me through my Tsalagi/Cherokee and Celtic ancestry, and other global-agreements in the ancient Native ways of knowing. These traditions helped me see the patterns outside of me, within me. To acknowledge my body as a living ecosystems, designed to be cared for, loved, appreciated, and respected like everything a part of our dear Earth, herself.

the misdiagnosis

When I was 19, I was diagnosed with Bipolar I, and later schizoaffective disorder. I carried those labels—and the fear and confusion attached to them—through much of my entire twenties.

Years later, in my thirties, while working with a therapist who treats me for PTSD only, I had a hard-hitting realization: many of the “rapid cycling” moments medicalized in my early twenties were occurring alongside my period. A body moving through a menstrual cycle can bring real shifts in energy, emotion, sleep, appetite, focus, sensitivity, and desire—and I had never been given enough space to understand those shifts as normal bodily information.

remembering trust

Trauma taught me that my body was an object, seperate from me "me/I" and not to be trusted, loved, or respected. Misdiagnosis and retraumatization deepened that lesson, turning ordinary changes into proof that I was “crazy,” “unpredictable,” and in need of "correction." Remebering the trust and connection I had in myself, before all this nonsense, has been one of the hardest and most meaningful things I have done.

The Psychelle Cycle was created on the way back. By tracking patterns and translating each phase into a season of its own—ideation, creation, introduction, and separation—I began to see change as a rhythm rather than a threat.

the growth from my shedding

The Psychelle Cycle is not medical advice, a diagnostic tool, or a claim that every woman will experience her cycle the same way. It is a personal, evolving framework for making room for body literacy, self-trust, creativity, ritual, rest, and better conversations with the people who love us.

I hope women everywhere can recognize something in the changes I made and the perspectives I lean on: our bodies, we, are beautiful beings of creative energy, cycling through growth—which implies shedding, too.
