This Text Messaging Terms page explains how PHILOSIREN llc uses text messages to communicate with you, what types of messages you may receive, how you can opt in and opt out, and how your information is handled.

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages from PHILOSIREN llc, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms, in addition to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.  You also agree that PHILOSIREN llc may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing but not limited to important information, updates, deals, and specials.

By providing your mobile number,

• You will receive up to 3 messages per week.

• You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word STOP to +1(833)717-0356. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.

• Message and data rates may apply.

• United States Participating Carriers Include AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile and others.

• T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect this change.

• Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time and content of your messages, as well as other information that you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.

• By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.

Message Fees

Though PHILOSIREN llc will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
 

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Programs Covered

These Text Messaging Terms apply to SMS and MMS messages sent by PHILOSIREN llc in connection with:

• The Sense Method SMS (#SMSMS) – an 11‑week text-based course and related support messages.
• Promotional SMS – optional sign-ups from our website for announcements, early access, offers, workshop information, and other PHILOSIREN llc updates including but not limited to I Am and MDDG products and services.

Additional text programs may be added in the future. If so, they will be covered by these same terms unless stated otherwise.

 

Types of Messages

Depending on how you sign up, you may receive:

Course / service-related messages
If you enroll in The Sense Method SMS (SMSMS) or any other text-delivered program, we may send:

• MMS Lessons and educational content.
• SMS/MMS Course reminders, schedule information, and cohort updates.  
• SMS/MMS Enrollment, account, or participation notices.  
• SMS Support prompts and short check-ins related to your course experience.

These messages are part of delivering the course you enrolled in.

Promotional and informational messages
If you separately opt in to promotional texts, we may send:

• SMS/MMS Announcements about new courses, workshops, or events.  
• SMS/MMS Early access or “early bird” information.  
• SMS/MMS Special offers, sales, and occasional updates about PHILOSIREN llc.

Promotional text consent is optional and separate from course enrollment.

Opting-In

You may consent to receive text messages from PHILOSIREN llc through one or more of the following methods:

• Completing an online sign-up form on our website and checking an SMS consent box.  
• Enrolling in The Sense Method SMS (SMSMS) through a course paywall, checkout page, or registration form where SMS/MMS delivery is explained and you affirmatively agree to receive course texts.
• Registering for an event, workshop, or program that includes clear SMS/MMS consent language in the form.

In all cases:

• Consent is an active opt-in – we do not use pre‑checked boxes.  
• The consent language near the phone field explains what you’re signing up for, message types, message frequency, and how to opt out.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the program or list you join. Examples:

• #SMSMS participants may receive recurring course lessons and reminders throughout the duration of the 11‑week program.  
• Promotional subscribers may receive occasional announcements, updates, or offers at a pace that respects participants’ capacity and attention.

There is no guarantee of a specific number of messages per day, week, or month, but we strive to keep messaging aligned with our values of accessibility and non‑overwhelm.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to any SM/MMS messages sent or received as part of PHILOSIREN llc programs, depending on your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any charges billed by your mobile carrier.

Opting-Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages from PHILOSIREN llc at any time.

To stop receiving SMS/MMS messages, reply STOP to cancel and unsubscribe from the applicable text program. After your STOP request is processed, you will no longer receive text messages from that program unless you re‑subscribe.

Please note:

• If you opt out of texts when a course is delivered primarily by text (such as SMSMS), we may not be able to continue delivering that course via text. In that case, communications about alternatives or next steps will be made.

Consent, Purchase, & Course Delivery

I treat consent differently for course delivery texts and for promotional texts.

Course-related texts (#SMSMS and similar programs)
The Sense Method SMS (#SMSMS) is delivered primarily by text message. To enroll in #SMSMS and receive course content to your phone, you must:

• Provide your mobile number.  
• Affirmatively agree to receive course-related text messages from PHILOSIREN llc.  

Without this consent, I cannot deliver #SMSMS to your phone. If you enroll but do not consent to course texts, we may cancel or adjust your enrollment and discuss alternative delivery options where feasible.

Promotional text consent 
Promotional text consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive promotional text messages is always optional and separate from course enrollment. You may:

• Enroll in #SMSMS or other offerings without subscribing to promotional texts.  
• Subscribe to promotional texts without purchasing a course.

Privacy & Data Use

Information you provide in connection with text messaging (such as your phone number, name, and program details) is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains:

• What information we collect.  
• How we use, store, and protect that information.  
• Your rights and choices related to your data.

Changes to Terms

I may update these Text Messaging Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or messaging practices. When I do:
